Companies are racing to add AI and hitting the same two walls. First, the tools they buy give confident, wrong answers, because nobody ever taught those tools how the business actually runs. Second, their own staff are pasting confidential information, customer records, contracts, financials, into free public AI tools, where it can leave the company and train a model no one controls.
We fix both. We show you exactly where your data is exposed and where it is holding your AI back, then we build automation and private AI that answer from your own data without that data becoming anyone else’s.
An AI assistant is only as good as what it can read. Point it at a scattered mess and it guesses. Give it a clean, organized foundation of your real business information and it answers like your most experienced employee.
“Ready” means we can pull from everything that holds your knowledge, not just the tidy parts. That includes your structured data, the records inside databases and business systems like QuickBooks, Salesforce, or a SQL database, and your unstructured data, the content trapped in PDFs, contracts, SOPs, spreadsheets, and email. Most of what your business actually knows lives in that second pile, and most AI tools have never been connected to it, so they cannot reach it where it lives. We connect it.
Done right, that foundation shows up where it counts:
A few examples of what a ready data foundation makes possible:
Each of these runs on your own data, kept private, so nothing sensitive is ever handed to a public tool.
Most AI tools send your information to a vendor’s cloud to be processed, and sometimes trained on. We build automation and private AI (called RAG, meaning it answers from your own documents instead of guessing) that run on systems you control, using open source models that keep your data completely private. Your data stays yours. We will not tell you the cloud is unsafe, because that is not true. We will tell you that keeping your data private gives you the most control: you own the system, the data, and the documentation, and any competent engineer can run it if we ever part ways. For some businesses, that is the difference that lets them use AI at all.
If you run a medical, dental, or legal practice, the stakes are higher: one careless paste of patient or client information into a public tool is a real exposure. The same foundation applies, with extra care. Every setup is designed to support your compliance obligations by keeping sensitive data on systems you control, and your compliance advisor validates the final configuration.
Dentists: see the dental deep-dive, Private AI for Dental Practices. Medical version available on request.
We would rather tell you what we do not know than sell you a wall of testimonials. That is why early clients get founder-level attention and honest pilot pricing in exchange for a real case study. Behind us is nineteen years advising owners, four rigorous data assessments already built, and the JLytics data-engineering practice that does the work.
Take the free AI Ready Data Requirements assessment. No cost, about 8 minutes, and a real person reviews your answers and follows up within one business day. Or book a 15-minute call and we’ll walk you through what “ready” looks like.
