What JLytics does and who it is for

What does JLytics do?

JLytics is an executive data concierge. We help CEOs and CFOs turn scattered, siloed data into a single trustworthy view and the timely alerts that drive decisions. We design your data strategy, engineer the pipelines and integrations behind it, build executive dashboards and KPIs, and automate the routine work, so your data strategy can power real AI, marketing, and operational results. You get better perspective, more time, and clarity, without building an internal analytics team.

Who is JLytics for?

JLytics is built for CEOs, CFOs, founders, and owners of $5M to $100M companies across the United States and Canada, plus agencies that want a fractional data science partner. Our clients usually know that AI and better data could transform the business but have too much information scattered across too many systems, reporting they cannot fully trust, and no clear roadmap. If that sounds familiar, you are exactly who we designed the service for.

Is JLytics a good fit if I know AI matters but my data is not ready?

Yes, that is exactly where we start, and most clients come to us at this inflection point. We assess your current data landscape, design a strategy to get it AI-ready, and then help you activate AI for marketing, automation, and decision-making. You do not need clean data or a finished plan before you call. Getting you from scattered to AI-ready is the work.

Do I need an existing data team or BI tools to work with you?

No. JLytics works as your white-glove Data Concierge, which removes the need to build or staff an internal analytics function. We pair you with a dedicated expert who engineers the pipelines, defines the KPIs, and maintains the dashboards and alerts for you. If you already have BI resources, we complement them and act as a fractional data science partner rather than replacing your team.

Getting started and the Data Concierge

How does an engagement start?

Every engagement begins with an assessment. We map your business model, your data environment, and how you personally consume information, then define the specific metrics and alert thresholds that matter to your day-to-day decisions. From there we integrate your platforms into one secure place, build your dashboards and alerts, and tune them as priorities evolve. You can start the conversation at jlytics.com/assessments.

What is the Data Concierge model?

The Data Concierge is ongoing, white-glove support that pairs you with a dedicated data expert. Rather than queuing requests through a BI team, you get direct access to your data, AI guidance, and optimization. Your expert engineers the pipelines, curates your reporting, refines visuals and thresholds as your priorities change, and delivers insights in the format and cadence you prefer, by text, email, or a secure portal.

How much of my team’s time will this take?

Very little. The Data Concierge model is designed so that the heavy lifting sits with us, not your team. We assess, integrate, build, and monitor, then deliver only the signals that warrant your attention. The goal is to free your internal team from constant data vigilance and let leaders spend time deciding, not data chasing.

How quickly will I see results?

We start by delivering clarity fast: a focused set of executive-ready dashboards and alerts tied to the metrics you actually decide on. Rather than a long build with nothing to show, we prioritize a single data-rich view first, then layer on integrations, AI, and automation as the foundation proves out. Exact timelines depend on how many systems we connect, which we scope together in the assessment.

Your data, tools, and dashboards

What systems and tools can you connect to?

We integrate the platforms you already use. Common connections include Google Analytics 4, QuickBooks Online, Google Ads, and CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce, unified through custom ETL and ELT pipelines and, where useful, real-time streaming. We handle GA4 migrations, event tracking, validation, and server-side tagging, then combine previously disconnected sources into a single, current source of truth.

Do I have to replace or move off my current tools?

No. JLytics integrates your existing tools rather than forcing you onto new ones. We connect your platforms and databases through APIs and pipelines and, where appropriate, use data virtualization to combine sources on demand without heavy replication. The result is one unified view across the systems you already trust, so you gain clarity without disrupting how your business runs.

Can non-technical people explore the data without writing SQL?

Yes. Your dashboards include an interactive, natural-language interface, so anyone on your team can ask questions of the data directly, investigate alerts, and drill into customer behavior, operations, or financial health, all without writing SQL. Layouts, formats, and visuals are customizable to match how your team thinks, and secure cloud access means leaders can check performance from anywhere.

How do the critical data alerts work?

We monitor your key metrics continuously, daily or even hourly, and send informed notifications by text or email only when something warrants action. Ready-made alert types include Cash Flow alerts connected to QuickBooks Online, Sales funnel monitoring through HubSpot or Salesforce, and Website Performance alerts from GA4. Each alert links to a dashboard so you can move from signal to root cause quickly, and SMS opt-in is available.

Security and privacy

Is my data secure, and where does it live?

Your data is engineered on a secure, cloud-based foundation with access controls, and we unify it into one protected system. We collect only what we need to run your service, and we do not sell your data. No method of transmission is ever fully secure, so we are deliberate about how data is stored, moved, and accessed, and we scope those details with you during the assessment.

Can sensitive data stay in-house or behind our own firewall?

Yes. When privacy or compliance requires it, we can implement self-hosted, open-source automation and AI behind your firewall, so sensitive information stays in your environment rather than flowing into public tools. We also build AI and machine-learning models in Python that you can run locally. For regulated teams, keeping the data in the building is a first-class option, not an afterthought.

Will you sell or share my data?

No, we will not sell your data. We collect basic contact details such as names, emails, and phone numbers to deliver the service, and limited analytics data may be processed through tools like Google Analytics. Cookies are optional. Anything specific to your systems and reporting stays within your engagement.

AI and automation

How does JLytics help with AI?

We build the data foundation that makes AI actually work. Most AI initiatives fail because of messy, scattered data, not bad models. So we assess your data quality and accessibility, design a data strategy aligned to your goals, build clean and structured pipelines, then run focused AI pilots tied to real marketing or operational value and scale what works. Data strategy first, AI strategy second, results throughout.

What can automation actually do for my business?

Automation replaces repetitive, labor-intensive work with dependable, data-driven workflows. We orchestrate processes across your tools using platforms like N8N and Make.com, connect events through webhooks and forms, and deploy AI agents for tasks such as reporting, alerts, lead routing, and customer-service triage. Well-built automation frees your team, speeds up service, and turns routine vigilance into consistent signals, as long as the underlying data pipeline is solid first.

What is AI good and not good for?

AI is strong at data entry and processing, campaign reporting and alerts, lead scoring and routing, content generation, and scheduling or inventory optimization. It is not a fit for high-judgment relationship management or complex, open-ended strategic decisions. Our guidance is to start with a single data-rich workflow, validate the data pipeline, then layer AI on top, rather than automating on a shaky foundation.

Data readiness, private AI, and regulated practices

Can you get our data ready for AI and build AI we actually own?

Yes. Getting your data ready for AI is our core work, and we can build private AI that runs on open-source models inside your environment, so it answers from your own systems and documents and never becomes someone else’s. We prepare and structure your data first, then stand up automation and AI grounded in it, rather than piping your information into public tools. That is how you get right answers instead of guesses while keeping ownership of both your data and your models.

Do you work with regulated practices like medical or legal offices?

Yes. We work with owner-run practices where sensitive data cannot leak, including medical and legal offices. For a dental practice, that can mean private AI that answers from Open Dental and your own documents without patient data leaving the building. For a law firm, it means keeping privileged material out of public tools. We get your practice data ready and build automation and AI that respects the privacy and compliance duties your work requires.

Why do so many AI automation projects fail, and how is JLytics different?

Most AI automations fail because they are built on messy, ungrounded data and automate the wrong workflow. Before we build anything, we run a diagnostic that finds what is actually worth automating and pressure-tests it against impact and risk, so you invest in the automations that pay off rather than the ones that stall. Then we ground the build in your own prepared data so it holds up and stays accurate over time.

Working together

How does pricing work?

JLytics uses a transparent, no-surprises fee structure tailored to small and midsize businesses, so you know exactly what you are paying for. Because engagements vary by how many systems and metrics we monitor, from a handful up to a half-dozen or more, we scope pricing to your specific needs during the assessment rather than forcing you into a fixed package. You can start at jlytics.com/assessments.

What areas do you serve?

JLytics works with clients across the United States and Canada, and we are based in the greater Austin area, serving Cedar Park, Leander, Austin, Georgetown, and nearby communities. Because the service is delivered securely in the cloud, your location is not a barrier to working together.
